As a registered counselling psychologist, I’ve worked closely with psychiatrists since 2019, which has allowed me to develop a strong foundation in multidisciplinary mental health care. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science (Psychology), a Master’s in Counseling, and a Fellowship in Addiction Treatment, along with Level 1 training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My special interest lies in addiction treatment, but my work also extends to supporting individuals facing a wide range of challenges, mainly psychotic disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, relationship and communication issues, as well as complicated grief. I take a personalized approach to therapy—tailoring each session to suit the unique needs of the client—so they feel empowered to make informed decisions and navigate life’s obstacles with confidence.
